“Lorenzo and his cooking class were fabulous! He took us to the Rialto fish market and produce market. He educated us along the way about what was local and which wasn’t. We then had about a 20 min walk back to his place for class. His apartment was wonderfully laid out! There were four of us total in his group on our day. We made focaccia, asparagus with poached egg and prosciutto appetizer, a spinach ravioli, and homemade tiramisu. J would recommend for anyone who enjoys cooking - although my husband enjoyed even though he does not usually cook. We went over briefly in time but it was wonderful talking…”

“Our guide, Chef Lorenzo, met us at the pre-designated spot and took us on a walking tour of the Rialto Market, pointing out the fresh local fish and produce of the region. After the tour, he went back to the marketplace and purchased the ingredients we would use for the class. We walked to his home where he had a good-size kitchen and a nice set up for the six of us participating. He talked to us about our meal and demonstrated the steps before we took over making our own dishes. We then got to sit down and enjoy the meal we had created and enjoy some local wine.…”
