Firstly the van which came to collect us from our hotel was in poor condition, with two seats which were damaged and air conditioning which did little to counter the 36 degree heat. Secondly the van was overcrowded, probably because the tour providers were trying to maximise every penny of profit they could. Then there were a couple of instances which left a very sour taste in the mouth. We knew that entrance to the Waterfall was extra (and Google suggested that this would be 5 TL. However, right at the start of the boat trip we were told to pay 5 Euros…”
