At Damnoen Saduak and Amphawa the produce arrives by boat and is sold from the boat, cooked on the boat if you want breakfast. Go early: the trade is real at seven and mostly for cameras by ten. In the Mekong delta the Cai Rang market runs on the same clock, further from the tour buses.
