“Very hands-on but was not possible for all participants to get fully involved in all activities. Was advertised as a 5 hour class but total experience was only 3 to 3.5 hours. The shopping aspect was somewhat disappointing as we had an interpreter and there was no communication between the actual instructor and the participants as to what she was looking for in the selected ingredients - type, quality, price, etc.”
